We have developed a custom solution for model X700.I113240.T4, built for incremental feedback applications requiring 60 pulses per revolution, solid-shaft installation, and robust cable output. This version is suitable for slower rotational monitoring and pulse-based status feedback under industrial conditions. Since this is a non-standard custom product in limited quantity, the unit supports explosion-proof function, but it does not include an explosion-proof certificate. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

Even though this is a lower pulse-count version, clean signal wiring remains important. The A/B phase relationship and zero pulse line should be maintained separately and routed away from switching power devices. The cable outlet should not be used as a mechanical support point. During installation, the flange face must seat properly, and shaft runout should be minimized. In applications with dust or gas exposure, enclosure integrity and cable sealing quality are key installation checkpoints.
