Introduction

We have developed a custom solution for model X700.I113223.T4, configured for incremental signal output with 1024 pulses per revolution, push-pull electrical design, and a stainless clamping-flange housing structure. This version is suitable for motion feedback tasks requiring a balanced combination of signal density and installation durability. Since this is a non-standard custom product in limited quantity, the unit supports explosion-proof function, but it does not include an explosion-proof certificate. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

At 1024 PPR, the wiring layout should treat pulse channels as high-quality control signals rather than general field wiring. Ground reference quality, shield termination, and cable separation directly affect pulse stability. The A/B quadrature channels and N reference pulse should remain correctly assigned from source to controller. Mechanically, shaft concentricity and flange seating are important for signal consistency at higher rotational speed. The housing must remain intact in environments where explosion-protection-oriented installation is required.
