We have developed a custom solution for model X700.I113222.T4, designed as an incremental encoder with 1000 pulses per revolution, push-pull output, and a 10 mm solid shaft with clamping flange. This configuration is suitable for standard pulse feedback applications where installation reliability and stable electrical output are required. Since this is a non-standard custom product in limited quantity, the unit supports explosion-proof function, but it does not include an explosion-proof certificate. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

The wiring structure follows the standard push-pull cable assignment of this platform. Controller inputs should be matched to the encoder output type, and signal pairs should be routed cleanly to prevent cross-noise. At 1000 PPR, higher-speed applications should pay attention to cable quality and input filtering. Shaft mounting should be performed without hammering or forcing. In explosion-protection-oriented installations, mechanical seals and cable outlet condition must remain controlled during service.
