We designed a custom encoder solution for model G0MMH.4203P32, targeting Profibus-DP communication, optical multiturn sensing, and a through hollow shaft design with Ø14 mm shaft bore and flange mounting without pin. Based on a Ø58 mm compact housing, this configuration is suitable for industrial systems that require robust bus-based absolute feedback with a larger hollow shaft size. Wiring and Installation Notes

This model is integrated through Profibus-DP, and its address is set via the rotary switches inside the bus cover, so address planning should be completed before the encoder is connected to the fieldbus network. The platform supports preset, scaling, rotating direction, and revolution settings, which simplifies controller-side adjustment. On the mechanical side, the Ø14 mm through hollow shaft is suitable for larger shaft applications, but correct shaft fit and clamp-ring tightening remain important for measurement stability. Because this version is without flange pin, reaction torque management and anti-rotation support should be reviewed carefully during installation.
