Selected when single-turn absolute feedback is required via parallel push-pull output, using a 58 mm blind hollow structure with 10 mm shaft, without adding multi-turn functionality or fieldbus communication. Encoder structure reference: 58 mm blind hollow flange, 10 mm shaft, 5 m axial cable outlet.

Signal & Output Logic

Primary integration reason: direct controller-side reading of single-turn absolute position without protocol conversion.
Primary limitation: this structure is efficient for basic parallel absolute systems, but it does not provide multi-turn data or network communication capability.

Wiring & Installation

  • Connection: 5 m axial PVC cable
  • Cable: AWG 26, 9.3 mm diameter
  • Minimum bend radius: 150 mm

Primary commissioning risk: incorrect controller-side signal mapping on bit order, Latch, and DIR logic.
Primary installation constraint: cable routing space and blind hollow alignment quality.
The 5 m cable length is useful for remote panel routing, but it also makes bend radius, shielding discipline, and strain handling more important than on short-cable versions.
