A couple of days ago, a client inquired about a PROFINET encoder. Upon receiving the model number, it turned out to be a BEI encoder model: MHM5-EIB1B-1213-C100-PRM, a standard PROFINET encoder.
The client was in a great hurry and needed to receive the goods within a week, otherwise they would not be able to fulfill their obligations. Under such circumstances, only a substitute solution could be adopted. After verifying the parameters through the official website, it was confirmed to be a regular PROFINET encoder.
With an outer diameter of 58mm, a resolution of 1213, a 10mm shaft, and an IP65 rating. It's as standard as it gets, all common standard models without any peculiarities. Thus, we provided a 1:1 replacement solution. Both in terms of installation dimensions and application parameters, they are consistent.

The client's needs were only about ten units, which is manageable with some overtime work. Emphasizing the "urgency of time" repeatedly, we shipped the goods within three working days. After receiving the goods, the client tested them on the machine and the feedback was quite good.
PROFINET encoders are our main models of encoders and can replace many imported brands. Moreover, customization can be made in terms of installation dimensions. For non-standard flange sizes, we can redesign and customize the corresponding sizes.
Now, domestic PROFINET encoders have been doing very well, not inferior to imported products. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, when everyone had to use domestic products, they discovered that domestic ones could be so good. The real understanding of domestic encoders is with the central enterprises and military industries, who have been using domestic products and have been involved in the development of domestic encoders throughout the process.
