This replacement program focuses on maintaining angular accuracy while offering improved delivery flexibility and controlled procurement cost. Standard production is typically completed within 15 working days, with support for low-volume customization and mechanical adaptation. This ensures rapid recovery for automation equipment, servo assemblies, and rotary positioning units without compromising performance.

The solution is based on a 60 mm single-turn absolute encoder design with resolution options up to 32,768 steps per revolution (15-bit output). Through an SSI communication interface, it enables stable serial data transmission with output frequency up to 100 kHz. High repeatability and tightly controlled error limits ensure consistent angular measurement across the full rotation range. Multiple selectable resolution variants allow adaptation to different control architectures and feedback requirements.

From a mechanical perspective, the encoder supports both face mount and servo flange configurations with defined shaft dimensions to suit varied installation conditions. It operates reliably at speeds up to 6000 rpm while maintaining specified radial and axial shaft load limits for long bearing service life. The enclosure achieves IP67 protection on the housing side and IP65 at the flange interface, with sealed cable outlet options available. Operating voltage ranges from 10–32 VDC, supporting stable operation within industrial temperature environments from –25°C to +100°C.
