For applications affected by long procurement cycles or limited availability of the AG 615 WKRS single-turn absolute encoder, we provide a dedicated SSI custom solution developed for industrial reliability. This replacement program is structured to reduce acquisition cost while maintaining precision positioning performance. Standard manufacturing lead time is typically within 15 working days, and we support small-quantity production with mechanical or connection adjustments when required. This flexible supply approach helps minimize downtime in servo systems, indexing tables, and automated production equipment.

The solution is built on a single-turn absolute measurement platform within a 60 mm housing format. It offers resolution options up to 32,768 steps per revolution (15-bit output), ensuring stable angular feedback across one complete rotation. The SSI interface supports consistent serial communication with output frequency up to 100 kHz, enabling straightforward integration into PLC and motion control environments. Tight repeatability control and defined error limits support accurate and repeatable positioning in precision automation tasks.

Mechanically, the encoder supports both face mount and servo flange configurations, with shaft variations to match installation requirements. Maximum operating speed reaches 6000 rpm, supported by controlled shaft load specifications to ensure long bearing life. The enclosure achieves IP67 protection on the housing side and IP65 at the flange interface, with sealed cable exit options available. Operating voltage ranges from 10–32 VDC, ensuring dependable performance across industrial temperature conditions from –25°C to +100°C.
