An OEM replacement encoder is available for CEV582M-10344, engineered to match the original mechanical layout and electrical behavior for direct replacement. This solution is intended for maintenance and retrofit applications where precise absolute position feedback must be restored without modifying existing mounting conditions or control logic. A controlled and predictable lead time supports efficient servicing of industrial equipment.

The encoder provides SSI communication with Gray code output, delivering reliable absolute position data for closed-loop control systems. It offers a resolution of 4,096 steps per revolution with 4,096 revolutions, suitable for accurate multi-turn position tracking. Operation is supported within a 10–30 V DC supply range. The SSI interface is configurable with 24 data bits and a 20 µs mono time, enabling stable synchronization with standard motion controllers.

Mechanically, the encoder features a solid shaft with D-cut (D10, L19.5) and a ZB36 flange, allowing direct installation without adapter components. The housing provides IP67 protection, supporting operation in environments exposed to dust and moisture. Electrical connection is realized via a radial M23 12-pin connector, ensuring secure signal transmission. Optional configurations such as direction control and preset functions can be applied to match application requirements.

This replacement focuses on functional equivalence for the SSI interface while preserving mounting dimensions, resolution, and electrical compatibility.
