A custom replacement encoder is available for AEV70I-00101, designed to match the original mechanical interface and signal behavior for direct replacement. This solution is intended for maintenance and retrofit applications where incremental position feedback must be restored without changes to the existing mounting arrangement or control wiring. A shorter and predictable lead time supports efficient servicing in continuous-operation environments.

The encoder provides incremental output with 1024 pulses per revolution, using K1–K2 negative channels and a negative zero pulse (K0). It operates from a 11–27 V DC supply and delivers a 5 V output level, suitable for standard counter and motion control inputs. The design supports reliable signal generation at rotational speeds up to 6000 rpm, with power dissipation below 3 W, ensuring stable operation under dynamic conditions.

Mechanically, the encoder features a 10 mm shaft (10GL/20) with a ZB36 flange, enabling direct installation without mechanical adapters. The housing provides IP65 protection and supports operation in ambient temperatures from –20 °C to +60 °C. Electrical connection is arranged in an axial PG configuration with an integrated cable, suitable for industrial routing. Optional configurations include an explosion-protected housing, certified for gas and dust hazardous areas, allowing use in demanding industrial environments.

This replacement focuses on maintaining functional equivalence while preserving installation geometry, signal characteristics, and environmental compatibility.
