We offer a customized replacement solution for the GBAMH.F203P32 (single-turn) and GBMMH.F203P32 (multi-turn) absolute encoders. Both units are engineered to match the original electrical, mechanical, and communication specifications, featuring Profibus-DP interface, allowing seamless integration into existing automation systems without requiring changes to PLC programs or bus settings. This solution is ideal for retrofits, maintenance, and system upgrades.

The GBAMH.F203P32 provides high-resolution optical single-turn feedback with 262,144 steps per revolution (18-bit) and ±0.01° absolute accuracy. The GBMMH.F203P32 delivers multiturn absolute feedback, supporting programmable revolutions, preset values, scaling, and selectable rotation direction. Integrated diagnostic functions and a DUO-LED status indicator allow clear monitoring of encoder position and operational health.

Mechanically, both encoders feature a Ø58 mm aluminum housing with hollow shaft options (Ø12 mm / Ø14 mm), IP54 protection, and high resistance to vibration and shock. Operating speeds up to 6000 rpm and a wide temperature range ensure reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.

Note: Shaft diameter and mounting configuration should be verified prior to installation to ensure proper fit.
