We provide a customized replacement solution for the GBAMH.5203P32 (single-turn) and GBMMH.5203P32 (multi-turn) absolute encoders. Both encoders are designed to replicate the original units’ electrical and mechanical characteristics with Profibus-DP communication, ensuring smooth integration into existing control systems without any changes to PLC programs or bus configurations. This solution is ideal for retrofits, system upgrades, and maintenance scenarios.

The GBAMH.5203P32 offers high-resolution optical single-turn feedback with 262,144 steps per revolution (18-bit) and ±0.01° absolute accuracy. The GBMMH.5203P32 delivers multiturn absolute feedback, supporting programmable revolutions, preset values, scaling, and selectable rotation direction. Both encoders feature integrated diagnostic functions and a DUO-LED status indicator for reliable position monitoring and operational health check.

Mechanically, the encoders include a Ø58 mm aluminum housing with hollow shaft options (Ø12 mm / Ø14 mm), IP54 protection, and excellent resistance to vibration and shock. Supporting operating speeds up to 6000 rpm and a wide temperature range, these replacements provide stable and long-term performance in demanding industrial automation environments.
