Wiring and Installation Notes

This model uses terminal-compartment wiring, so the main field requirements are correct A/B line pairing, unique address setting, and proper termination management. The encoder should only have the internal resistor enabled when it is located at the physical end of the PROFIBUS line. For commissioning, verify that the controller-side parameter set matches the 16-bit singleturn structure. On the mechanical side, maintain proper shaft alignment, controlled insertion depth, and reliable anti-rotation fixation to preserve long-term accuracy.
