MRA-F130-110D2 Draw-Wire Mechanism

MRA-F130-110D2 is a draw-wire mechanism used for linear displacement measurement and can be combined with a rotary encoder. For this model, we can develop a customized product based on the original mounting conditions and draw-wire parameters for equipment maintenance and replacement.

The measuring range is 0–10 m, with an actual wire length of approximately 10.2 m and about 332.4 mm of travel per revolution. The original configuration is designed for use with a servo-flange encoder with a 6 mm solid shaft.

For the customized version, an additional mechanical option is available. Besides the original 6 mm solid-shaft servo-flange configuration, it can also be configured with a clamping flange for a 10 mm solid-shaft encoder, providing another option for different mounting arrangements.

There is also a clear visual difference between the original and customized products. The original MRA-F130-110D2 uses a blue rear cover, while the customized version uses a black rear cover. This difference is mainly for visual identification and does not affect the basic measurement or mounting principle.

The brand is also different. The customized product is supplied under a Chinese brand, so it should be regarded as a customized alternative developed around the original measurement range and mounting requirements rather than as the original branded product.

For MRA-F130-110D2, the main customization is to retain the 10 m draw-wire measurement conditions while adding the clamping flange option for a 10 mm solid-shaft encoder, with clear differences in rear-cover color and brand origin.
