MRA-F080-102D2 is a draw-wire mechanism used for linear displacement measurement and can be combined with a rotary encoder. For this model, we can develop a customized product based on the original mounting conditions and draw-wire parameters for equipment maintenance and replacement.
The measuring range is 0–2 m, with an actual wire length of approximately 2.2 m and about 200 mm of travel per revolution. The original configuration is designed for use with a servo-flange encoder with a 6 mm solid shaft.
For the customized version, an additional mechanical option is available. Besides the original 6 mm solid-shaft configuration, the product can also be equipped with a 10 mm solid shaft and clamping flange, providing another choice for different encoder mounting arrangements.
There is also a clear visual difference between the original and customized products. The original MRA-F080-102D2 uses a blue rear cover, while the customized version uses a black rear cover. This difference does not affect the mechanical matching, but it makes the two products easy to distinguish during installation and spare-parts management.
The brand is also different. The customized product is supplied under a Chinese brand, so it should be regarded as a customized alternative developed around the original measurement and installation requirements rather than as the original branded product.
