IRS960-600 ID 651004-35 is a solid-shaft incremental encoder. For this model, we have developed a customized product based on the original mechanical installation and signal parameters for equipment maintenance and replacement.
The encoder has an outer diameter of approximately 120 mm, a 15 mm solid shaft, and a resolution of 600 PPR with HTL incremental output. The electrical connection uses a terminal-board wiring arrangement, and the original supply voltage range is 10.8–16.5 VDC.
Compared with the IRS960-1200 ID 651002-10, the most direct difference is the pulse count of 600 PPR. For this reason, the model should not be selected based only on appearance, shaft diameter, or mounting dimensions. The required pulses per revolution must also be confirmed to avoid affecting the speed or position feedback of the existing control system.
The mechanical configuration should retain the 120 mm-class housing, 15 mm solid shaft, and existing mounting position. The electrical configuration is matched to the original HTL output and terminal-board connection, while the power and pulse-signal terminal definitions should also be checked carefully.

The image on the left shows the original IRS960-600 ID 651004-35, while the image on the right shows the customized product developed according to the original model parameters. The two images provide a direct visual comparison of the overall structure and mounting arrangement, making it easier for maintenance personnel to identify the replacement.
The original encoder operates from 10.8–16.5 VDC, while the customized product uses 10–30 VDC. This is a clear electrical difference between the original and customized versions, so the actual machine supply voltage should be confirmed before installation.
