CEH802M-10061 and CEH80M-0061 refer to the same hollow shaft absolute encoder series, with CEH802M-10061 as the newer model and CEH80M-0061 as the older model. For equipment still using either model, we can develop a customized product based on the original mechanical installation and PROFINET IO configuration.
The encoder features a 16 mm through hollow shaft, with 13-bit single-turn resolution (8192 positions) and 12-bit multiturn resolution (4096 turns). It uses a PROFINET IO interface and radial M12 connections, including one A-coded power connector and two D-coded network connectors.
For the customized version, the original mounting structure and shaft fit are retained as closely as possible. The torque support and connector arrangement also need to correspond to the existing installation, reducing the need for mechanical changes during replacement.
The communication configuration is matched to the existing PROFINET IO system. Before installation, the PLC configuration and network settings should be confirmed so that the customized encoder can communicate correctly with the original control system.
The customized product operates from 10–30 VDC. Whether the equipment uses the older CEH80M-0061 designation or the newer CEH802M-10061 designation, the final configuration can be determined according to the actual installation and control requirements.
