We have developed a custom solution for model PSM58N-F2AAZR0BN-1213, based on the PROFIBUS multiturn encoder platform with a connector-based installation structure. The design combines a 12 mm hollow shaft with a plug-in connection format for simplified field installation. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

Although connector-based, correct PROFIBUS wiring rules still apply. Ensure correct signal polarity and maintain shielding continuity. Address configuration must be unique, and termination must be enabled only at the end node. Avoid using cable force to align the encoder during installation. Shaft insertion should be smooth and within tolerance, with torque restraint applied to prevent housing rotation.
