We have developed a custom solution for model PSS58N-F1AAGR0BN-0016, designed for PROFIBUS systems that require a smaller shaft size combined with 16-bit singleturn angular feedback. This version integrates a 10 mm recessed hollow shaft into a compact direct-mount structure. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

The AG terminal style supports direct internal connection of power and bus signals. The A/B signal lines must remain correctly paired, and address duplication must be avoided across the network. The internal termination resistor is only appropriate for the last device on the line. On smaller shafts, installation quality is especially important: avoid burrs, impact insertion, and housing twist during mounting. Anti-rotation support must be firm enough to prevent movement under load changes or vibration.
