Introduction

We have developed a custom solution for model X700.I113250.T4, designed as a compact incremental encoder with push-pull output and 25 pulses per revolution. This configuration is suitable for low-pulse speed monitoring and rotational feedback tasks where robust stainless housing and stable cable output are required. Since this is a non-standard custom product in limited quantity, the unit supports explosion-proof function, but it does not include an explosion-proof certificate. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

This low-pulse version still uses the same core wiring structure as the higher-resolution models. The cable core assignment should be kept strictly separated between supply, phase signals, and reference pulse channels. In noisy control cabinets, shield grounding and routing distance from power cables remain necessary even at low pulse counts. Mechanically, the encoder should be mounted with controlled shaft fit and flange contact. In explosion-protection-oriented use, the housing and cable outlet should remain intact, and the installation should not introduce additional stress or unauthorized modification.
