For 400 PPR operation, stable pulse quality depends on proper grounding, shield continuity, and clear separation from high-current wiring. The A, B, and N channels should be routed as signal lines rather than mixed with power conductors. Mechanically, flange mounting must remain flat and centered. Shaft insertion should not force axial load into the encoder.
