We have developed a custom solution for model X700.I113214.T4, configured as an incremental encoder with 400 pulses per revolution, push-pull output, and a clamping-flange solid-shaft structure. It is suitable for moderate-resolution feedback tasks where installation robustness and stable signal output are both required. Since this is a non-standard custom product in limited quantity, the unit supports explosion-proof function, but it does not include an explosion-proof certificate. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

For 400 PPR operation, stable pulse quality depends on proper grounding, shield continuity, and clear separation from high-current wiring. The A, B, and N channels should be routed as signal lines rather than mixed with power conductors. The push-pull output allows flexible controller-side connection, but cable length and input quality should still be considered at higher speeds. Mechanically, flange mounting must remain flat and centered. Shaft insertion should not force axial load into the encoder.
