Introduction

We have developed a custom solution for model X700.I113228.T4, configured as an incremental encoder with solid shaft structure, clamping flange, push-pull output, and 2000 pulses per revolution. This version is intended for industrial motion feedback tasks that require stable pulse output, mechanical rigidity, and support for explosion-protection-oriented installation. Since this is a non-standard custom product in limited quantity, the unit supports explosion-proof function, but it does not include an explosion-proof certificate. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

This model uses cable output and push-pull signal transmission, so wiring work should focus on stable power supply, clean pulse signal routing, and shielding continuity. The standard assignment is GND, UB, Track A, Track B, Track N, and the corresponding inverted channels. Signal cables should be separated from motor power lines and inverter output lines to reduce interference. During installation, the shaft and flange must be aligned without forcing radial preload into the bearing system. The encoder is designed with a clamping flange and 10 mm solid shaft, so mounting concentricity and rigid fastening are more important than cable arrangement. In explosion-protection-oriented environments, cable sealing, housing integrity, and load limits must remain controlled throughout operation.
