We developed a custom solution for the 14-1436X-180 encoder, intended for hazardous-area rotary feedback systems where high stability and wider usable speed margin are required without increasing signal sensitivity. This configuration remains in the low pulse range, but already moves above the ultra-low level, providing slightly more feedback detail while still maintaining strong tolerance to interference and installation variation.
Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Signal stability at this pulse level is determined by the structure, cable routing, and installation quality shown here.
System Limits
This configuration is limited by signal integrity, not by frequency or mechanical capability.
At this pulse level, the encoder operates far below its frequency ceiling across the usable speed range. Frequency is not a limiting factor. Mechanical capacity is also not the first constraint. The system fails only when the signal path is degraded by external conditions.
Priority of limits:
- Signal becomes invalid before any electrical or mechanical limit is reached
- External installation quality defines system reliability
This configuration provides a wide operating margin and strong tolerance to real industrial conditions. It is not resolution-driven. It is stability-driven.
Installation and Wiring Constraints
System reliability depends on installation quality.
- Poor cable routing introduces interference
- Incorrect grounding invalidates signal
- Parallel routing with power lines reduces signal reliability
Field boundary:
- Long cable without shielding → system cannot use the signal
- High-noise environment → feedback becomes unreliable
Differential wiring is required. Flameproof structure does not improve signal integrity.
Replacement and Interface Mapping
- Only valid when system supports differential input
- Suitable for stable feedback with moderate pulse detail
- Not applicable for high-resolution positioning systems
- Interface and cable configuration can be adapted
Delivery and Customization Scope
Customization is available for structure, interface, and cable configuration.
Typical production lead time: 15 working days.
