For the GM400.012A002 and GM400.A12A002 models, we offer a fully compatible SSI encoder 1:1 replacement designed to meet the same technical and operational requirements as the original units. The replacement maintains identical interface characteristics, resolution structure, and signal timing, ensuring smooth substitution in existing installations.

The encoder operates with an SSI interface and provides absolute multiturn position information with a combined resolution of 25 bits. This includes high-precision singleturn measurement and reliable multiturn counting across multiple revolutions. The system supports stable data acquisition at high sampling rates, making it suitable for applications with strict real-time control demands.

Mechanical compatibility is ensured through standardized flange options and shaft interfaces, allowing direct installation without mechanical redesign. The encoder housing and internal design are optimized for industrial environments, with resistance to vibration, shock, and electrical interference. Continuous self-monitoring functions detect abnormal operating conditions such as signal inconsistencies or internal component faults, contributing to predictive maintenance strategies.
