Mechanically, the encoder features a stainless steel Ø58 mm housing with clamping or synchro flange, shafts of Ø10 mm or Ø6 mm, and high tolerance for axial and radial loads. It is designed to withstand vibration, shock, humidity, and extended temperature ranges, while offering a mechanical speed limit of 10,000 rpm and electrical speed up to 6,000 rpm. This 1:1 replacement solution provides a reliable long-term alternative for the GEMMW.B203P32 model in industrial systems requiring high-precision Profibus-DP multiturn position feedback.
