MRA-G055-101D4 is a compact draw-wire mechanism designed for use with a servo-flange encoder with a 6 mm solid shaft. For this model, we can develop a customized product based on the original mechanical structure and draw-wire parameters for equipment maintenance and replacement.
The measuring range is 0–1.25 m, with an actual wire length of approximately 1.45 m and 150 mm of linear travel per revolution. The mechanism itself does not include an encoder and is designed for use with a Ø60 mm servo-flange encoder.
Compared with the longer-range MRA-G080 and MRA-G130 versions in the same series, MRA-G055-101D4 is more compact and has a shorter measuring stroke. For this reason, the customization focuses on retaining the original compact mounting dimensions and draw-wire movement characteristics rather than simply applying the same configuration used for larger models.
The main mechanical and measurement parameters of the customized product are matched to the original model, allowing the existing mounting arrangement and measurement principle to be retained.
The most visible difference is the housing color. The original MRA-G055-101D4 uses a blue housing, while the customized version uses a black housing. The customized product is also supplied under a different brand and is a Chinese-brand product manufactured in China.
Apart from the housing color and brand origin, the other key parameters are matched to the original model.
