The HS35AY1FCU1DA000 is an incremental encoder with a 1-inch (25.4 mm) hollow bore, used for speed measurement and position feedback in motors and machinery. For this model, we can manufacture a custom replacement matched to the original mounting arrangement, signal configuration, and electrical connection for equipment maintenance and spare-part replacement.
This configuration provides 1024 PPR with a 7272 line driver, delivering A and B channels and their complementary signals, together with a Z index pulse and its complementary signal. The custom encoder matches the original pulse count, output levels, and phase relationships, allowing the control system to continue reading feedback in the existing configuration.

The electrical connection uses a 10-pin MS connector with a mating plug, corresponding to connection option C, with standard phasing. The custom design matches the original pin assignments and A/B phasing. Where the supply voltage meets the replacement’s requirements, the existing plug and cable can remain in use for plug-and-play replacement.
The mechanical configuration includes a protective basket and an anti-rotation tether kit for fan-cover mounting. The original 1-inch insulating shaft insert is factory-installed and cannot be removed or exchanged to resize the bore. The custom encoder must therefore match the equipment’s actual 1-inch shaft diameter and original clamping position. The anti-rotation tether attachment points and available space for the protective basket should also be confirmed.
The original model operates at 5–28 VDC, while the custom replacement uses 10–30 VDC. All other configuration details are matched to the original model. Typical 12 VDC and 24 VDC systems fall within the custom encoder’s operating range. If the equipment uses a 5 VDC supply, the power supply must be adjusted first.
