DAF66-12B20 – Customized Replacement Solution

The DAF66-12B20 customized replacement is developed to match the original 4–20 mA absolute output and installation interface, allowing direct use in existing systems without mechanical or electrical changes. This solution focuses on reducing sourcing risk and shortening delivery time, with typical production completed within 15 working days. It is well suited for maintenance support, retrofit projects, and small-batch OEM requirements where standard products are difficult to obtain.

From an application perspective, the replacement encoder delivers stable current-loop feedback under conditions such as electrical noise, long-distance signal transmission, and continuous operation. Its consistent output performance and solid structural design make it a practical option for automation equipment, material handling systems, and industrial process control where reliable absolute position feedback is required.
