We developed a custom solution for model OCD-PPA1G-0010-CA30-CRW. Selected when higher-resolution single-turn absolute feedback is required via parallel push-pull output, using a 58 mm clamping flange with 10 mm solid shaft, without introducing multi-turn complexity or fieldbus communication. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Primary integration reason: direct controller-side reading of higher-resolution single-turn position without bus latency.
Primary limitation: no multi-turn retention; position resets after one revolution cycle.

Wiring & Installation

  • Connection: 1 m radial PVC cable
  • Minimum bend radius: ~150 mm

Primary commissioning risk: incorrect bit sequence or Latch/DIR logic at controller input.
Primary installation value: high allowable speed (up to 12000 rpm), making it suitable where shaft speed is a constraint.
Primary mechanical constraint: coupling alignment must be controlled, as bearing load increases significantly with radial or axial misalignment.
