We developed a custom solution for the OCD-PPA1G-0812-S100-PRT model for systems that prefer direct parallel position transfer together with a conventional solid-shaft installation. This configuration combines an 8-bit multiturn range with 12-bit singleturn feedback, a 58 mm synchro flange, and a 10 mm solid shaft, making it more suitable for high-speed rotating machinery than hollow-bore parallel variants. Typical production lead time: 15 working days. The original version uses push-pull parallel output, gray code, optical sensing, a 10–30 VDC supply, an M23 26-pin connector, and IP65 enclosure protection.

Wiring and Installation Notes

The strength of this model lies in combining high-speed mechanical capability with straightforward parallel signal transfer. Because the output is bit-based rather than bus-based, cabinet wiring must be planned carefully, especially where many parallel lines are routed through a single M23 connector. On the mechanical side, the solid shaft and synchro flange layout are better suited to installations that already use coupling-based alignment rather than hollow-shaft clamping. Compared with the 11 mm blind-bore parallel version, this model is more naturally positioned for shaft-coupled rotary systems where speed reserve, radial load capacity, and conventional flange mounting are more important than direct shaft insertion.
