This appears to be a model that has been discontinued for a long time, with a recent increase in inquiries from customers who have reported that it is no longer in production. I haven't had the time to confirm this matter, but it's clear that it's no longer available for purchase, so I can only assist customers in developing custom substitutes.
It's not easy to find information on this model. The information on the official website is outdated, with only a document from 1999 available. It's really too far back.
In the end, we couldn't determine some parameters and had to request the customer to send a sample for parameter confirmation. Mainly, the pin definition of the interface is completely different from the previous models. Fortunately, we managed to resolve this issue.
This is a parallel output encoder, and its size is the standard 58mm, which doesn't seem particularly difficult to produce. We completed the substitution work in just two days, and the customer was very pleased.
