System Limits
- Runout > 0.002 inch TIR → output stability drops at higher speed
- Wobble > 0.007 inch TIR → vibration and timing variation become unavoidable
- Insufficient engagement → tilt and phase inconsistency occur
The hollow shaft design removes coupling errors but transfers alignment responsibility to the shaft.
With line driver option 3, usable performance is limited by mounting quality and wiring discipline, not nominal structure.
Installation and Wiring Constraints
- Use flexible anti-rotation arm only; no rigid mounting
- Do not force installation; slide fit is required
- Tighten clamping collar evenly; position split correctly
- Maximize shaft engagement to reduce wobble
- Correct wobble by: runout check → rotate shaft 180° → bias housing if needed
