System Limits

RVI70E-011K2A61N-00051 uses 10–30 V push-pull incremental output with A/B/Z and complementary channels, but the 51 PPR value requires confirmation before the controller scaling can be matched. Wiring & Installation

Before replacement, confirm the installed model code, actual PPR requirement, controller scaling, 10–30 V supply, push-pull input compatibility, A/B/Z and complementary channel mapping, cable length, axial cable exit, PE connection, shaft/flange dimensions, and hazardous-area requirement. The 00051 suffix should not be treated as a catalog pulse value until the machine setting or original unit has been checked.

During installation, the clamping flange should sit flat and the Ø10 mm shaft should align without forcing the coupling. Keep the axial cable exit free from sharp bending or vibration load, maintain PE and shield continuity, and route encoder wiring away from motor power cables. After mounting, verify direction, Z reference behavior, and counter scaling at low speed before returning the machine to full operation.
