When sourcing challenges or extended factory lead times affect the AG 615 XSAS single-turn absolute encoder, we provide a structured SSI technical solution tailored for industrial continuity. This replacement program focuses on maintaining system accuracy while reducing acquisition cost and delivery uncertainty. Standard production is typically completed within 15 working days, and we support limited-quantity or application-specific customization to match mechanical and electrical configurations. This enables rapid restoration of motion systems in automation, packaging, and servo-driven equipment.

The solution adopts a single-turn absolute measuring principle within a 60 mm housing format, delivering up to 15-bit resolution (32,768 steps per revolution). Multiple selectable resolutions allow precise adaptation to control requirements. The encoder ensures stable signal transmission through an SSI interface with a maximum output frequency of 100 kHz, supporting dependable communication with PLC and drive controllers. Measurement repeatability reaches 0.01°, while tight error limits help maintain consistent angular positioning performance in precision motion tasks.

Mechanically, the encoder configuration includes face mount or servo flange versions with different shaft diameters, allowing straightforward mechanical integration. Maximum operating speed reaches 6000 rpm, supported by low friction torque and controlled shaft loading limits. Protection levels reach IP67 on the housing side and IP65 at the flange interface, with sealed cable exit options available. Operating voltage ranges from 10–32 VDC with low current consumption, ensuring stable performance in industrial environments from –25°C to +100°C.
