A custom replacement encoder is available for CEV115M-10026, developed for industrial applications where fast delivery and functional continuity are essential. From a technical perspective, this encoder configuration combines multi-turn position capability with a programmable PROFIBUS DP interface. With 4,096 steps per revolution and 4,096 revolutions, it supports high-resolution absolute position feedback in automation systems that require stable data transmission over fieldbus networks. The RS485 physical layer is well suited for industrial installations with longer cable runs and electrically noisy environments. A wide supply voltage range of 11–27 VDC allows flexible integration into existing power architectures, while the IP65 protection class supports use in typical factory conditions.

Mechanically, the ZB85 flange and 20 mm keyed solid shaft are commonly selected for heavy-duty drive and positioning applications where torque transmission and mounting stability are important. This ensures predictable integration without controller modifications, making the solution suitable for long-term operation in PROFIBUS-based industrial systems.
