This OEM solution for the DAF105-12A01 is developed as a customized replacement that precisely matches the original 0–20 mA absolute output and mechanical dimensions. Designed for direct integration, it allows drop-in installation without structural changes or signal adjustments. By optimizing the manufacturing and customization process, this solution helps reduce replacement cost while significantly shortening delivery time. In most cases, production can be completed within 10 working days, supporting rapid replacement for large-format industrial equipment.

Technically, the replacement encoder provides stable and accurate absolute feedback over long cable distances and in environments with electromagnetic interference.
