A customized replacement solution is available for DAF66-12B12, developed to retain the original 4–20 mA absolute output while allowing configuration adjustments based on installation requirements. Mechanical parameters such as shaft type, connector style, and mounting arrangement can be adapted to match the existing setup, ensuring compatibility without redesigning the system.

The replacement is intended to reduce procurement risk and overall cost, particularly in maintenance and small-volume OEM applications. Typical delivery can be achieved within approximately 15 working days, with support for non-standard configurations when required. Stable current-loop feedback is maintained even in environments with vibration, temperature variation, or extended cable lengths, making this solution suitable for industrial automation systems where reliable absolute position feedback and predictable lead time are essential.
