A customized replacement solution is available for DAF66-12B04, engineered to maintain the original 4–20 mA absolute output and installation geometry for straightforward integration. The replacement is configured according to the existing electrical and mechanical requirements, avoiding changes to wiring, mounting, or control logic. This approach helps reduce overall cost and sourcing complexity while supporting typical delivery within approximately 15 working days, even for small-volume or non-standard requests.

In practical use, the replacement encoder provides stable current-loop feedback over long cable runs and under electrically noisy conditions.
