CES65M-00027 1:1 Replacement Solution (ALT.: 121-00027)

A custom replacement encoder is available for CES65M-00027, designed to replicate the original mechanical dimensions and electrical characteristics.
This solution is intended for service, maintenance, and retrofit projects where a direct replacement is required without modifying the existing mounting or control configuration. A shorter and more stable lead time helps reduce machine downtime while maintaining consistent system behavior.

The encoder supports PROFIBUS DP communication with a programmable code structure.
It provides a resolution of 4,096 steps per revolution combined with 4,096 revolutions, delivering accurate multi-turn absolute position feedback for industrial automation tasks. The device operates on a 11–27 V DC supply and uses an RS485 output level for reliable data transmission. Communication is available up to 12 Mbaud and supports PNO Profile Class 2, allowing standardized integration into PROFIBUS-based control systems.

Mechanically, the encoder is equipped with a 14H7 blind shaft, enabling direct shaft mounting without additional coupling components.
The enclosure offers IP65 protection and is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from –20 to +70 °C. Electrical connection is achieved via three PG9 radial connectors, supporting robust industrial wiring. Optional configurations include a front-side clamping ring and a single-wing moment support spring to ensure stable installation under dynamic conditions.
