The QEH81M-10003 is an absolute multiturn rotary encoder engineered for reliable position feedback in industrial automation systems where stable absolute values must be retained after power loss. It combines 1024 steps per revolution with 4096 revolutions, delivering precise multiturn position information for applications such as handling systems, rotary tables, and automated machinery. The SSI interface with RS422 signal level ensures secure and noise-resistant data transmission, even in electrically challenging environments.

We offer a customized 1:1 replacement solution for the QEH81M-10003, designed to match the original encoder in mechanical design, electrical behavior, and functional performance. The replacement maintains the ZB40 outer centering flange and the 20H7 hollow shaft with keyway, enabling direct installation without mechanical rework. Electrical parameters, including the 11–27 VDC supply range, programmable code format, preset function, and rotation direction, are fully aligned with the original specification.

This model uses a 12-pin radial PG connector with a standard 1 m cable length and pinout ST3314, ensuring seamless integration with existing control systems. With an IP54 protection class and an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 °C, it is suitable for standard industrial environments where reliability and repeatability are critical.

Each replacement unit undergoes functional verification to ensure protocol compatibility and stable multiturn performance, making it a dependable solution for maintenance, retrofit, and long-term system continuity.
