We provide a fully compatible SSI encoder 1:1 replacement for the GM401.0201102 and GM401.A201102 models, engineered for direct integration into existing absolute multiturn positioning systems. This replacement is designed to match the original encoder’s electrical characteristics, SSI timing behavior, and data structure, allowing installation without changes to controller software, parameter settings, or wiring layouts.

The encoder delivers absolute multiturn position feedback via a Synchronous Serial Interface, combining accurate singleturn resolution with reliable multiturn counting across multiple revolutions. Stable signal transmission and consistent sampling behavior ensure dependable position data, even in applications with variable speeds or continuous operation. The supported coding structure enables smooth communication with common industrial control platforms and motion controllers.

From a mechanical standpoint, the encoder follows established industrial mounting standards, enabling straightforward replacement on existing shafts and flanges. Its internal design incorporates continuous self-diagnostic monitoring, including supervision of code stability, signal frequency limits, and internal electronic status. These diagnostic functions support early fault detection and contribute to improved system availability.

This 1:1 replacement solution is suitable for servo-driven machinery, automated production equipment, and industrial positioning systems where precise absolute feedback, operational stability, and long service life are critical.
