We have developed a custom solution for model X700.I113434.T4, configured for high-resolution incremental output with 4096 pulses per revolution and 5 m axial cable. This version is intended for installations that require dense pulse feedback together with longer cable routing from the encoder to the control side. Since this is a non-standard custom product in limited quantity, the unit supports explosion-proof function, but it does not include an explosion-proof certificate. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

This is one of the more wiring-sensitive versions in the group because it combines a higher pulse count with a longer cable. Cable shielding, signal separation, and low-noise routing should be treated as core engineering requirements. Controller input quality should be checked carefully so that the 4096 PPR signal can be processed without instability. Mechanical installation should maintain accurate flange seating and shaft alignment, while the cable must be supported so that no tensile force reaches the encoder body.
