We have developed a custom solution for model X700.I113423.T4, built for incremental feedback applications with 1024 pulses per revolution and 5 m axial cable output. This version is suitable for systems that need medium-resolution pulse feedback together with longer cable routing flexibility. Since this is a non-standard custom product in limited quantity, the unit supports explosion-proof function, but it does not include an explosion-proof certificate. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

The longer cable arrangement makes shielding, grounding, and cable support more important than in short-lead versions. Signal attenuation risk is still manageable with proper push-pull input matching, but routing quality should not be treated casually. The shaft should be installed with correct concentricity, and the clamping flange should sit on a stable mounting face. In explosion-protection-oriented use, the cable sheath and exit sealing should remain intact during operation and maintenance.
