We have developed a custom solution for model X700.I113234.T4, configured for high-resolution incremental feedback with 4096 pulses per revolution, push-pull output, and a clamping-flange solid-shaft structure. This version is intended for applications that require dense pulse output and stable installation under demanding industrial conditions. Since this is a non-standard custom product in limited quantity, the unit supports explosion-proof function, but it does not include an explosion-proof certificate. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

At 4096 PPR, wiring quality is especially important. Controller input compatibility, cable shielding, and low-noise routing should be treated as core design points rather than secondary details. The pulse channels and reference channel should remain separated from power switching conductors, and the receiving system should be checked for input response quality. Shaft alignment and flange mounting must be controlled carefully to avoid vibration-induced signal irregularity at higher rotational speed.
