We have developed a custom solution for model X700.I113209.T4, configured as an incremental encoder with 250 pulses per revolution, push-pull output, and a clamping-flange solid-shaft body. This version is intended for industrial feedback tasks requiring moderate pulse density and strong mechanical housing. Since this is a non-standard custom product in limited quantity, the unit supports explosion-proof function, but it does not include an explosion-proof certificate. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

The A/B quadrature signals and N reference pulse should be routed as control signals with stable ground reference and shield management. The push-pull stage supports practical controller-side integration, but cabling should still avoid noise exposure from high-current devices. During installation, shaft runout and flange seating should be checked carefully to keep pulse quality stable across speed range.
