This OEM solution for the DAF58-12B11 is developed as a customized replacement that maintains the original 4–20 mA absolute output characteristics and installation interface. The design supports optional adjustments to shaft length, connector type, and mounting configuration, enabling accurate adaptation to existing equipment. By using a streamlined customization process, the solution helps reduce replacement cost while keeping the production cycle short, with delivery typically completed within 15 working days.

The replacement encoder provides stable and precise current-loop feedback, even in environments with long cable runs and high electromagnetic interference.
