EncoderWorks develops a custom compatible replacement solution for 750725-01 XHI 861 focused on maintaining 1024 PPR incremental feedback, High Current HTL output capability, complementary S00/S00⁻ and S90/S90⁻ signal structure, inverted reference pulse handling, Ø12 mm blind hollow-shaft installation, and heavy-duty mechanical reliability. The replacement boundary is not only pulse count matching, but also differential signal integrity, output-current capability, reference pulse stability, shield continuity, shaft load resistance, and EMC performance. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

750725-01 XHI 861 is designed for heavy-duty industrial feedback systems where incremental position and speed signals must remain stable under high vibration, shock, and mechanical loading conditions. A compatible replacement must preserve 1024 pulses per revolution, S00/S90 quadrature evaluation, Sref reference pulse behavior, complementary inverted outputs, High Current HTL electrical characteristics, 9–30 VDC supply range, cable gland connection, and blind hollow-shaft mounting requirements.

System Limits

The first system boundary is the complementary High Current HTL feedback path. The controller depends on correct S00/S00⁻ and S90/S90⁻ signal interpretation, stable output current capability, proper phase relationship, and reliable reference pulse processing. A replacement may appear electrically active while still failing when the receiver detects incorrect direction, unstable reference timing, missing inverted channels, or insufficient signal margin at operating speed.

The second boundary is the cable gland wiring, shield grounding, and mechanical installation. The six-channel structure requires correct assignment of normal and inverted signals. Poor shield termination, unstable chassis grounding, or incorrect cable routing near motors and frequency converters can introduce intermittent feedback errors even when the encoder output frequency remains within the expected range.

The Ø12 mm blind hollow shaft and 86-flange mounting create another critical mechanical boundary. Excessive radial force, coupling misalignment, or incorrect torque-bracket installation can transfer mechanical stress into the bearing structure and affect long-term signal stability.

Wiring & Installation

Before replacement, confirm the complete installed configuration including 1024 PPR requirement, High Current HTL output type, S00/S00⁻, S90/S90⁻, Sref/Sref⁻ channel assignment, supply voltage, cable gland wiring, shield connection, hollow-shaft dimensions, flange mounting, coupling alignment, and torque-bracket condition.

The complementary signal pairs should be verified before commissioning. The shield should maintain a continuous low-resistance connection to the machine grounding structure. Signal cables should be separated from motor, brake, inverter, and high-current wiring to reduce EMC interference.

During installation, confirm the S00 and S90 phase relationship and verify the Sref reference pulse during slow rotation. The Ø12 mm blind hollow shaft should be installed concentrically without introducing additional radial load or coupling stress.

Custom Compatible Solution

  • Match 1024 PPR High Current HTL incremental feedback with complementary S00/S90/Sref signal structure
  • Preserve differential signal assignment, reference pulse behavior, shield continuity, and controller compatibility
  • Adapt Ø12 mm blind hollow shaft, 86-flange mounting, M20 cable gland connection, and heavy-duty mechanical requirements
  • Validate EMC conditions, phase accuracy, output-current capability, shaft load, and commissioning parameters before shipment
