RSI594 1042801-01/1042801-02: Introduction to Custom Production of Alternative Models

This record pertains to two encoder models in the RSI594 series, namely 1042801-01 and 1042801-02. Both of these encoder models feature an outer diameter of 58mm.

Although both are 58mm encoders, the flanges are different from other products. Therefore, many encoders of similar dimensions cannot be directly replaced.

Last month, a batch of alternative model products was shipped to Russia. This morning, we also received inquiries from domestic customers, prompting us to supplement this note for recording purposes.

Both models are incremental encoders, one with a pulse count of 100 PPR (pulses per revolution) and the other with 1000 PPR. The alternative model solution we provide is based on the original parameters for a 1:1 production. It is essentially a complete replication of the original model.

Over the past few years, we have in fact been providing alternative products for these two models to our customers. Due to the niche demand, we rarely release related information. After all, such commissioned orders are not particularly large in quantity.

However, these two products are not particularly easy to procure. Many friends in need are unable to find suitable alternative solutions. At the suggestion of a customer today, this note is written to facilitate future customers with needs to search and find.

From our perspective, there is no special need to explain these two products. They are essentially replicas of the original products, making them more convenient for everyone to use.
