We have developed a custom solution for model X700.I113409.T4, configured as an incremental encoder with 250 pulses per revolution and 5 m axial cable output. This version is intended for installations where the encoder must connect over a longer fixed cable path while maintaining stable pulse output and mechanical rigidity. Since this is a non-standard custom product in limited quantity, the unit supports explosion-proof function, but it does not include an explosion-proof certificate. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

Compared with the 2 m cable versions, this model requires more attention to cable routing, shielding continuity, and voltage stability across the longer run. Signal lines should be kept away from inverter outputs, motor cables, and switching contactors. Cable support should prevent tension from being transferred into the encoder body. The shaft and flange installation rules remain the same: concentric mounting, controlled shaft fit, and no mechanical forcing during assembly.
