We have developed a custom solution for model X700.I113226.T4, built for incremental motion feedback with 1500 pulses per revolution, push-pull output, and a 10 mm solid shaft mechanical interface. This version is suitable for applications requiring denser pulse output than standard low-resolution monitoring models. Since this is a non-standard custom product in limited quantity, the unit supports explosion-proof function, but it does not include an explosion-proof certificate. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

At 1500 PPR, pulse integrity depends on correct cable routing, stable UB/GND reference, and low-noise controller input handling. The A, B, and N lines should be assigned strictly according to the standard core sequence. Mechanically, the clamping flange should be installed on a flat mounting face, and shaft coupling quality should prevent unnecessary radial force. Explosion-protection-oriented applications should preserve cable sealing and housing completeness during maintenance.
